Marvin is an accomplished executive with over 35 years of combined acquisitions, financial and management experience. A University of South Carolina Economics graduate and distinguished military graduate, Marvin was commissioned as an Army Officer and held leadership roles such as Company Commander and Operations Officer.
Marvin’s background includes serving as a warranted Contractor Officer with Supervisory responsibilities for the Department of Veterans Affairs, where he awarded multi-million-dollar contracts. He later became a small business specialist in an effort to help small businesses access contracting opportunities in the federal government.
Having held senior level positions in government, military, and industry, where he achieved significant results for the federal government. Marvin has the following certifications: Federal Acquisition Certification for Contracting (FAC-C) Level III, FIT Fundamentals of Acquisition Management, Materials Acquisition Materials.
